train musings
here I am sitting on the train, train through white winter landscape. Trees with their proud sugar coating, fields powdered, not yet covered completely. The sky now matches the mood on the ground: white, tranquil, but so bright. Earlier it did not exist at all, when looking up before I could not tell where the sky begins, snow flakes connected sky and ground.
Oh soon the sugar coating will disappear again, and the landscape will look dark brown, wet and moss green. So sad and real and bare. And the sugar coating will return again, and disappear and return, all through winter.
