this is to all VPERs... I sent out a proposal about a nice little partnership to one of our NSG companies, according to what I had been discussing with my contact during a meeting and over the phone.
So when I call her up to check if she has more questions, she told me that this was really not what she had in mind when speaking to me. When I asked her what exactly she did have in mind, she replied: "Oh, that is a good question, but I do not know myself... but your proposal is such a good idea!"
